A child's account
Sign in as the parent on the website or in the ITA AI Teacher app, open your child from your family page, and under “Delete account and data” type your child's name and press “Delete for good”. The account is deleted straight away with all its lessons, chats, answers, tests, progress, homework pictures and reports.
A parent, school or teacher account
Email itartificer@gmail.com from the email address of the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account and its data and reply to confirm within 30 days. A parent's request also deletes their children's accounts.
What we keep
Nothing that identifies you or your child. We keep only a record that a deletion happened, without names or chats. Lesson chats and homework pictures are also deleted automatically after 12 months.
Some of your data only
To delete only some data, for example homework pictures or one child's lessons, email itartificer@gmail.com and tell us what to delete. Parents can also download all of a child's data first from the family page.
